Overview

Commercial Pressure Washing by Prestige FM.

Car parks, forecourts, loading yards and entrance plazas collect oil, tyre marks, algae, chewing gum and general grime that make a site look tired and can make it slippery underfoot. We clean them with hot-water pressure washers and rotary surface cleaners that give an even, stripe-free finish.

Work is planned around your opening hours, with areas coned off and pedestrians managed. Wash water is controlled so contaminated run-off doesn’t enter surface water drains, and paving can be re-sanded and sealed afterwards.

Commercial Pressure Washing FAQs

How much does car park pressure washing cost?
Car park cleaning is normally priced per square metre. Published UK guides put it at roughly £1.50–£3.50 per m², with larger areas and regular contracts costing less per m². We give a fixed price after a free survey.
Can you clean while our car park is in use?
Yes. We work in zones, cone off sections and schedule busy areas for early mornings, evenings or weekends.
Can you clean petrol station forecourts?
Yes. Our teams hold the SPA Petrol Retail Contractors Safety Passport, which oil companies and fuel retailers require before contractors work on their forecourts. We clean forecourts, pump islands, canopies and shop fronts, controlling wash water and working to the site’s permit and safety rules.
Can you remove oil stains?
Most oil and fuel staining can be lifted or significantly reduced with hot water and specialist degreasers. Old, deep-set stains may not come out completely, and we will tell you that before we start.
Do you provide commercial pressure washing across the UK?
