Do you also clean homes?
Yes. Alongside our commercial work we provide residential regular cleaning, deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning.
Getting started
How quickly can you start?
Most contracts can start within one to two weeks of a site survey. Urgent one-off cleans can often be arranged within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer a free site survey?
Yes. Every commercial quote starts with a free, no-obligation site survey so we can price accurately and agree a written cleaning specification.
Can you take over from our current cleaning contractor?
Yes. We manage the handover, including TUPE where existing cleaners transfer, so there is no gap in service.
Pricing
How do you price commercial cleaning?
We give a fixed monthly price based on the hours needed to meet your specification. It includes labour, supervision, equipment, products and audits. Periodic services are priced up front.
How much does office cleaning cost?
UK contract office cleaning typically costs £15–£25 per cleaner hour, or roughly £21.50–£25.50 in London. A small office cleaned five evenings a week usually costs £400–£800 a month.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We offer flexible agreements with a clear notice period. We would rather keep your business by performing than by locking you in.
Our people
Are your cleaners vetted?
Yes. Every team member has right-to-work checks and references, and DBS checks are carried out for settings that require them, such as schools and healthcare.
Are your cleaners trained?
Yes. All cleaners complete induction and ongoing training covering cleaning methods, COSHH, health and safety and site-specific procedures, with additional training for healthcare, food and industrial settings.
Will we have the same cleaners?
Yes. We assign a regular team to your site, with trained cover for holidays and absence.
Compliance
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold public liability and employer’s liability insurance, and certificates are available on request.
Do you provide RAMS and COSHH assessments?
Yes. Risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments are provided before work starts on every site.
Quality
How do you check quality?
Your account manager carries out regular documented quality audits, and any issue reported is put right, normally within 48 hours.
What happens if something is missed?
Tell us and we will put it right, usually within 48 hours, at no extra cost.
Sustainability
Do you use eco-friendly products?
