Prestige Facilities Management Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the controller of personal data collected through prestigefm.co.uk. This notice explains what we collect and why, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Details you give us in our quote, contact, newsletter and job application forms: name, company, email, phone, location, and the information you include in your message.
- Basic technical information needed to deliver the website securely, such as IP address and browser type, held in server logs by our hosting provider.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes: legitimate interests and steps prior to entering a contract.
- To deliver services to clients: contract.
- To send newsletters and offers: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To process job applications: legitimate interests and steps prior to a contract of employment.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as email, form handling and hosting providers) under appropriate contracts, or where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the length of the contract plus six years. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 6 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, and to data portability. Email hello@prestigefm.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
