Roof, Canopy & Moss Removal by Prestige FM.

Moss and lichen hold moisture against roofing, lift tiles, block gutters and make flat roofs and walkways slippery. We remove the growth by hand and with low-pressure methods, then apply a biocide to kill what remains and slow regrowth.

We also clean glass, polycarbonate and metal canopies, covered walkways, bike shelters and smoking shelters, which are often the first thing visitors notice.

Do you pressure wash roofs?
We avoid high pressure on roofs because it can damage tiles and force water underneath. Moss is removed by hand and with low-pressure methods, then treated with biocide.
Can you clean fragile roofs and canopies?
Yes, but never by walking on fragile surfaces. We work from our own cherry pickers, crawl boards or the ground, following a site-specific risk assessment.
